"If this is not an impeachable offense, then what is?," Mark Levin asked his audience after playing clips of President Barack Obama repeatedly telling Americans they could keep their health care plans under Obamacare.

On his Friday radio program, Levin proposed the question after playing a clip of Obama saying "You can keep your plan" on 36 separate occasions:

Whether or not his dissembling is an impeachable offense — his refusal to enforce the law of the land certainly is! And there are dozens of “counts” of that violation to nail him on.

Never happen though.

If they DID have that kind of courage... there wouldn’t be a need for articles of impeachment!

It wouldn’t have gone THIS far.

In simple terms, Obama has on numerous occasions usurped the powers of congress. That should be enough for impeachment.

His openly telling insurance companies they should violate the law, because his administration would decline to prosecute them for it, should be an impeachable offense.

He is not impeachable, because he is not constitutionally president.

Is it impeachable? Why don’t we ask Bob Woodward?

Well we don’t have to, he has already answered with his usual “This is Not Another Smalltime Burglery blown all out of proportion by himself and the rest of the MSM” so naturally it is not another Watergate.

On a scale of 1 to 10, Watergate was a 2. The Obama Scandals topped by his Obamacare lies, fraud and violations of Constitutional Law rate a 30.

Stocks lining Pennsylvania Ave. would be appropriate considering the Regime and Liberal liars in Congress would all be eligible.

Then again, Pennsylvania Ave. might not be long enough.

The impeachable offense should be set before congress in the half truths, bold face lies, deceptions, spying, attacks on political opponents by the IRS, NSA, EPA, ATF and so on. Failure to uphold existing laws from immigration to the defense of marriage act.

The scandals are well documented. This man has stepped WAY out of bounds of his constitutional authority on several occasions.

It is time to formulate articles of impeachment. Regardless of what action the Senate ends up taking, the house should go on record as holding this thug and this thug’s thugs accountable.

Patience is required.

For the process to have any meaning at all, thre must be a Senate to convict.

We’ve been down that road before. It ended up making the impeached President stronger.

Baldfaced lying is not an impeachable offense.

"Treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors" is the standard.

If the Congressional GOP were stupid enough to try to impeach the President over his shameless lying, they would look like fools.

It’s called tyranny, IMO. The GOP is out looking for their gonads with both hands and a mirror. So far NADA.

He is not impeachable, because he is not constitutionally president.

He is not impeachable because he is black.

Watergate didn't cost my parent an extra $18k per year for the rest of their lives.

P*ss off Woodward. You've been dining out on that pseudo scandal for about 40 years too long already.

Lookit guys-—why should we put ourselves, and our dwindling resources, through the agony of impeachment?

A better idea is to lure all of the Chi/mobsters out of the WH-—say, to a “fundraiser”-—now you know how Obabo loves those fundraisers.

Then we change all the locks on the WH doors——et voila-—they cant get back in.

Mrs O was (cough) educated at Princeton and the Mr went to Harvard——they’ll NEVER be able to figure it out.

ROTFLOL.

His actions on Benghazi alone are worthy of an impeachment debate. With the current congress, this simply will not happen. First we need to totally debase and discredit the mainstream media.

Then we need an electoral restraining order next November. It is so critical that Reid be forced out as Senate Majority leader, even if it means McConnell becomes leader. Republicans have to get the majority in the Senate. Then, shut Obama down. That’s as good as it is going to get until 2017.

Wiki's description of high crimes and misdemeanors:

The charge of high crimes and misdemeanors covers allegations of misconduct peculiar to officials, such as perjury of oath, abuse of authority, bribery, intimidation, misuse of assets, failure to supervise, dereliction of duty, conduct unbecoming, and refusal to obey a lawful order. Offenses by officials also include ordinary crimes, but perhaps with different standards of proof and punishment than for nonofficials, on the grounds that more is expected of officials by their oaths of office.

No comment, just for common edification.

He’s also not impeachable because he’s half black.

That would tell the world that we are a racist nation.....there’s no way around it.

"He is not impeachable, because he is not constitutionally president"

Exactly!

We are now hyper constitutional, why does any one think there is any kind of constitutional resolution that can / will be understood / honored by the masses?
