Late night comedy show “Saturday Night Live” featured a parody commercial on last night’s episode aimed at highlighting the several scandals plaguing President Barack Obama’s second term in office.
The skit was a parody advertisement for an anti-depressant dubbed “Paxil: Second Term Strength” which the ad said was “the only anti-depressant strong enough for an embattled second term.”

I read that Lorne Michaels once said in an interview, the Democrats are hurt when SNL mocks them but the Dems love the way SNL treats Republicans. I think that Dems can’t figure out why their close friends and allies would make fun of them. I think it’s closely associated with the Media when they commit a random act of journalism and tell the truth about Democrats. Which is very rare.
I would love to see Dave Chappelle rip Obama!

Exactly. This must be the mandatory once-in-a -year skit for conservatives so they want to show they’re fair. Then it’s back next week like usual to “let’s mock the right” skits.

The writing for the show generally wreaks.

even though he’s always done a good Obama impersonation, SNL refused to let the black guy play the black guy.
