A federal judge is demanding to see a copy of a government-wide foreign-aid-policy order President Barack Obama issued three years ago which administration lawyers have argued is protected by executive privilege.
The Obama administration acknowledges that the Presidential Policy Directive on Global Development the president signed in 2010 is unclassified, but officials have steadfastly refused to make any portion of it public, even after a watchdog group filed a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit for the document earlier this year. (The White House has released a fact sheet about the order.)
On Friday, U.S. District Court Judge Ellen Huvelle ordered the government to produce a copy of the directive for her review as she considers how to resolve the lawsuit brought by the Center for Effective Government, formerly known as OMB Watch. …

Not a chance King Obama will comply. The communists hold on the Federal Government has shown how powerful a grip they have.

? What makes the judge think that Obama is going to comply? Any “order” turned over to the judge is just as likely to be a forgery as the real thing.
Obama has ALREADY shown himself to be contemptible in regard to court orders....his Just Us Department, under Eric the Red, has told colleges to still comply with race quotas for admissions.
The Supreme Court also struck down the ridiculous provisions put upon modern southern states regarding voting rights. See, back when the racist Democrats controlled the south, they made it difficult for blacks to vote...so the Congress and courts forced the Democrats in those states to comply with more open voting systems.
Now that Republicans control the south (not exclusively of course), the Supreme Court RIGHTLY recognized that those states no longer need to have Department of Justice overlords approving all of their changes....
But Eric the Red has said he will still interfere with the states’ rights to run their own elections.
So, since Obama and his minions have repeatedly and openly ignored courts, why does this judge believe BO will obey THIS order???
She has made her decision, now let her enforce it.

Ain’t no ho’ gonna be tellin’ Preezy what he gots to do. Preezy gots 99 problems but a Federal judge ain’t one. She’s gonna get jack squat and like it. What’s she gonna do about it, arrest him? Make him show his birth certificate? Show his passport? Yeah, that’s what I thought...nothing. Solutions are now beyond the scope of the system.
