You have to get a certain number of participants (volume) or the product costs skyrocket.
Most people that did not have insurance, wont be getting this insurance, due to its higher costs caused by accepting preconditions.
The people that had insurance, will be happy with what they have, so how do you force participation to get the required volume ?
You come up with ridiculous minimum insurance requirements that force the cancellation of the insurance policies for millions who were happy with their insurance.
Bingo. Now you are forcing participation into your new pyramid scheme con.
The few fools who are actually PAYING for this will turn into tens of millions in 2015, because employer-provided care will need massive payroll deductions to work.
Of course, this will be after the red state Dem senators are all safely re-elected...
