What is this Congress of which you speak and what does it/they have to do with “constraining finances”?
They will NEVER repeal obamacare. Repeal is an admission of failure, and liberals NEVER admit to failing. They will cling to that millstone until it drags them to their deaths, but they will deny with their last breath that it was a bad idea.
But I agree they deserve every ounce of retribution we can bring.
