When MailOnline visited the website shortly after Carney's daily briefing, the Obamacare portal spewed a nonsensical mixture of computer code instead of a typical login screen.
Gone were words like 'Username' and 'Password.'
n their place were jumbled programming strings like '???ffe.ee.myAccount.login.username???' and '???ffe.ee.myAccount.login.password???'

I think I must have probably meant “gouged”.
I’m no expert but isn’t that gibberish caused by the fact that the site is being tinkered with (fixed by the best and brightest) while it’s being used? How can that work? Obviously it can’t.
Looks like code is promoted to production without being tested. Don’t they have any change management? This is really sloppy.
