The only thing this bill will do is open up more lawsuits and force Christian-based businesses to not refuse to hire homos.

Employers don’t give a crap about your personal stuff if you do a good job. Period.

It's one thing to work in retail. But what about someone openly gay who wants to teach at a religious school? Or work around religious people?

People think it won't come knocking on their doors. After all, why would someone gay (or even liberal) even want to be around a Baptist, Catholic, or Orthodox Jew?

The problem is, there is always the one who wants to make a statement -- flaunt it in everyone's face. An incident occurred recently in NYC when a student from a Catholic school openly brought her "girlfriend" to one of the class events -- then complained to the press that she got expelled.

Company culture is also affected. What about the guy who complains about not being invited to another employee's wedding -- because he can't bring along his partner? Or wonders why no one wants to attend his wedding?

This is going to create a lot of resentments & complications.

Until “Herman” shows up in a wig and a dress scaring all your customers away and you can’t do a damned thing about it.
