WOODBRIDGE Republican Kenneth T. Cuccinelli got a boost from two midwestern Republican heavyweights Saturday as he tried to spur his voters to the polls by casting Tuesdays gubernatorial election as a referendum on President Obamas health care overhaul.
Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus, who grew up in Wisconsin, and Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker stumped for Mr. Cuccinelli Saturday afternoon after the states attorney general started his day in the Richmond area.
Im here today, along with the support from other governors across the country, to testify that Ken Cuccinelli has what it takes to be a great leader for this state, Mr. Walker said at a get-out-the-vote rally in Prince William County. This is someone who throughout his entire adult career has fought for the hardworking taxpayers in the commonwealth this guy was the first guy in America to stand up and point out the problems with Obamacare - the problems that not only Virginia now knows, the entire country now knows, is the problems with Obamacare.
Indeed, Mr. Cuccinelli was the first attorney general in the country to sue over the law after it was passed in March 2010, and has gone all in recently on highlighting the botched roll-out and issues with healthcare.gov as a key difference between he and Democrat Terry McAuliffe.
This is a referendum on Obamacare, and to help us clarify that point, the president is coming tomorrow, he told a crowd outside of a GOP office in Prince William, drawing scattered boos.

If the communist left elects that fool of a scum Terry McCulliff, it will but prove how completely lost and ignorant the electorate has become and how corrupt the political structure is entrenched in America. Only the return of Jesus Christ will save this country from complete collapse and ruin at the hands of the godless and evil left wing demoncrats.
If somehow Cuccinelli actually wins, the panic among Democrats will be priceless.
Perfect! He must read FR.
It's also a referendum on Hillary 2016.
It's a "two-fer".
That’s what Mark Levin said today - Hillary wants Virginia in 2016 and that is made easier with a no Cuccinelli in the Executive Mansion.
Wow. Did Ted Cruz actually say that? It’s freaking brilliant.
Link please? :). Love the pic!
Are you on facebook? It’s on the Comical Conservative page:
I do think having Obama campaigning for McAuliffe is going to benefit Cuccinelli. All the Federal Government employees and the “free-government-sh*t” brigade are all going to vote Democrat no matter what.
Other voters who are actually considering the issues will get a vivid reminder of McAuliffe’s strong support of the Obama care debacle.
I received an email from the Cuccinelli campaign that Dr. Ben Carson is joining in!:
Tomorrow at 10:30AM I will be holding a press conference call with Dr. Ben Carson on Obamacare, and you’re invited to join.
As a world renowned surgeon, Dr. Carson has an important perspective on the negative impacts Obamacare is having on healthcare providers, patients and families.
I hope that you will call in for this important press conference. To listen, dial 888-206-2266 and then enter the passcode 2284723 followed by the pound key.
I look forward to discussing Obamacare with Dr. Carson tomorrow.

Medical Professionals Against Obamacare Rally Update! The rally is tomorrow, Sunday, November 3rd from 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM. The event will be held at: Washington-Lee High School 1301 N Stafford St Arlington, VA 22201.
My brother Kevin, a doctor, will be leading the rally, which next door to President Obama’s event in support of Terry McAuliffe & his campaign. Obama and McAuliffe will be campaigning together in a celebration of Obamacare. That even comes just days after thousands of Virginians awoke to find notices in their mail that their family’s health insurance plans had been cancelled & widespread media coverage of Healthcare.org’s complete failure.
It’s unbelievable. The President has a national failure of a healthcare law on his hands, and he’s campaigning with Terry McAuliffe who is embroiled in TWO federal investigations by the Obama Administration.
Hope you can make it!
If the Republicans lose, it will be because of the Libertarians. Period.
The majority of electorate is already lost.. those who want the entitlement state and are worthless members of society to begin with. Obama is their messiah.
It’s a pattern now. Reince shows up a day or two before the election to demonstrate party support for the Tea Party candidate. Meanwhile, the party denies funds.
Can’t wait until 2014.
And among the GOPe...
And the rinos who always expect conservatives to hold their nose and vote for a rino nominee but will never EVER hold their nose and vote for a conservative nominee.
If there was a LIKE button here, I would click on it!
Good for you and your brother, Hokie.
Worried about this biased article...from the despicable MSM. talk about trying to influence the outcome! But some of it must be true ..and the fact that McAwful is calling in his corrupt chips...makes me very nervous.
Agree. Why doesn’t someone make Sarvis an “offer he can’t refuse”...Where is Don Corleone when we need him?
It is a chance to let the people vote on the mess that is Obamacare, the Harry Reid Senate, and the Czarina of HHS. The Democrats will rig the election, cheat, steal, use violence, racism, hate, to make this guy lose! Watch—against the Mob rule mentality of the Progressives he doesn’t stand a chance.
It is a referendum on Obamacare and a referendum on us. We lose this and its going to be endless crowing from Obama and the media. Expect lots of “Look GOP Christy won big and Cuccinelli lost” the GOP needs to moderate itself which is exactly the wrong message. The message needs to be don’t let your candidates be outspent.
In fairness, at least the RGA spent some money here for Ken. The distressing thing is as far as I can tell Freedom Works and Club for Growth haven’t spent a dime on the race. I guess they only care about primaries
We need all the help we can get. I had a McAulliffe volunteer try to lecture me about ignorant southerners and their obsession with guns last night. The kicker was she was from Rhode Island and was staying at the Ritz Carlton in Tysons Corner! Says all you need to know about where Terry’s support comes from.
Yes, she’s typical of the Yankee invasion that’s destroying Virginia.
But I consider a good name for the Democrats to be Demon Rats. What Democrats stand for these days seem to be more aligned with Satan than anything else (abortion, Gay marriage, etc)

The RNC will give money to a Democrat before it gives money to Lonegan or Cooch or Ted Cruz.
I am very proud of our entire ticket. Decent, God-honoring men who have served well. Hopefully, your prayers will be answered and the Holy Spirit will move among Virginians and move them to the polls. To God be the glory.
Indeed. Thanks for remembering the DSL!
Agree 100%, but the demoncrap party has perfected the art of stealing elections. No one in their right mind could want this Clinton crooked cronie as their governor. He’s against everything that normal Americans hold dear. He’s for sodomite “marriage”, wants to take your gun righs away, has never saw a baby he didn’t want to abort and loves CommieCare. Why would a sane thinking person vote for this lunatic? I asked the same thing last year when the Kenyan was running for reelection. But the difference there is the Kenyan was running against another liberal. Not the case this time. Cuccinelli is a real conservative. He must be the because Karl Rove hates him.
And no help whatsover from Karl Rove’s multi-million dollars PAC. Rove the RINOs want the leftist elected.
It goes deeper than that. It is uninformed voters and voters with screwed up hearts and minds.
Also, we have too many people who agree with us who don’t bother to vote.
That candidate is merely taking advantage of the fundamental problems.
