Why don’t you look at WHO HE IS, and plan and act accordingly?
The People of Israel (and Israel's leadership) know who he is. They have known since 2008 but always hoped (up until 2009) that it was all a bad mistake on the part of the American people. The Israelis also hope that this rank amateur would learn as time went on but the exact opposite has happened. They and the rest of America's allies are dumbfounded as to why the American public voted for this guy.
