Michelle Obama is out for herself and the Democrat Party as First Lady, no surprise

Well.... it's not like she can depend on her husband.

She’s as messed up in the head as he is.

Hey, the nonprofit “foundation” has worked wonders for the Clintons bank account so why not the Obama’s? You can do well while doing good.

Fruit has a lot of sugar in it-—not good for the chubby kiddies...

...or for those of us with Type II. However, berries don't have as much sugar as apples, mangoes, etc.

I have been spending more on food over the past year, but I've been eating healthier...much healthier. My salad for lunch yesterday was several handfuls of kale and spring mix, 1/2 cucumber, 5 mushrooms, a dozen grape tomatoes, a dozen raspberries, and half a dozen strawberries.

I call it a "Fuhrmaniac Special".

Dinner was two black bean burgers, an avocado with more grape tomatoes, and a bowl of my veggie soup, made from a can of vegetarian soup, a can of black beans, mushrooms, celery, vegetable broth, and a can of stewed tomatoes.

Dessert was a bowl of the 3 berry medley.

My weight has been stable for a year, after initially dropping 30 pounds. My diabetes is under control without medication.

Being a director of a nonprofit is a good paying gig, too. Better than the owners of your typical small company.
