This is insane. This is the Soviet Amerika today. We are a full-on Soviet-Style State. We now have police with rifles in the face of citizens, innocent or guilty.

You know, my grandfather told me once when someone points a gun at you...
“Knock the sh!t out of them, then ask them if its loaded!”
Funny how stuff like this happens in places like that...
I do not believe it would go this far in Texas...
Just my opinion...

Outrageous. Drawing a pistol on everybody that pulls up is pretty bad, pointing a full-blown rifle in innocent peoples’ faces is an outrage.

You point a gun at them and they kill you but if they point a gun at you it’s OK. One set of rules for the sheep and another for the wolves. So much for equality. If someone points a gun at me it’s a death threat and I don’t care about no stinking badges.

What a Rube that cop is.
William Buckley used to say that police, not citizens should be disarmed as they have clearly demonstrated that they do not know what they are doing. The lard butt on the other side of the vehicle is in danger as well, should the cop cut loose (I’m sure he has selected full auto). I have seen this often with law enforcement officers, suspect literally surrounded and all pointing their weapons or cop on either side pointing weapons with suspect in the middle. Genius.
We had a 16 year old shot here toting an AK air soft. Eight rounds fired by the deputy, seven hits. Good shooting but bad call. I’m thinking more and more cops should have rules of engagement like out troops overseas; do not fire unless fired upon, in situations not clearly defined seek authourity form the chain of command. If it is good enough for some maniacal mussie it is good enough for U.S. citizens.

Just a continuation, with slight modifications of course, of the tactics they used in Boston where they went door to door.
I posted this as soon as I scrolled to post 1, but I will be willing to ben that not far down the line someone will post a message to the effect of how brave the officers were that confronted the driver of the vehicle pictured.

Been going on for a long time. Late one night, years ago during the search for Patty Hurst and her terrorist buddies, I was helping a friend tow his dead WV back to the garage. We were stopped by the cops. My friend, who's father was cop at the time said, “Relax, man. I know how to handle this.” Before I could stop him, he vaulted from the car to walk back to the cops. Cop on the loudspeaker: “DRIVER! GET BACK IN THE VEHICLE!” More cops begin arriving on the scene. “PLACE BOTH HANDS OUTSIDE THE WINDOW!” Cop walks up on the driver's side. Looks at the towed VW. Looks at my friend and asks “What's in the vehicle?” Sensing this to be the right moment for a little levity, my friend giggles and responds, “Ha-ha...PATTY HURST, MAN!” Ahem, there is a distinct sound to multiple magnum revolvers being drawn from holsters, and a particularly menacing glint to deeply polished blued steel in the moonlight, such that I shall never forget.

The asswipe holding the rifle muzzle in the face of that motorist should be demoted to gardener. He's not qualified to handle a firearm. He should be charged with brandishing a weapon in a threatening manner. That's what would be applied to an ordinary citizen.

Quietly take down the badge number and inform the officer that he will be hearing from your attorney regarding a violation of civil rights under the color of authority.

Well, clearly, the guy in the photo is guilty of DWW — Driving While White. Recently, we have had many attacks on senior white men by gangs of black gangsters. Those seniors have all been guilty of BWW — Breathing While White.

At least he did not have his finger on the trigger. That is about the only thing he did right.
I have been stopped by the cops a few times (Texas). When they come to the car I have my hands on the dash, and immediately tell them I am armed and where the weapon is. I then hand them my proof of insurance, drivers license and concealed carry permit that I have laid on the dash before they come to the window. These cops without exception treated me with respect and professionalism and the fact that I had a concealed carry got me out of a speeding ticket twice. Most of the cops in my state like honest armed citizens.
Texas State Troopers are the good guys.

At that range the typical cop may hit the target 3 out
of 30 rounds fired. It’s really hard to have any respect
for law enforcement when they do things like this. That cop
is one worthless POS but then that would make him about
average.
