I read on another thread that writer Mark Steyn suggested (today?) we may need an oversight committee to investigate the House oversight committee.
I wonder how many times the following comment has been uttered at the DNC, by Li’l Debbie, Joe, Val, whomever:
“Wow, I was really worried about ___________ (the IRS/Fast and Furious/Benghazi/the ABC fed agency million dollar junket/over half a trillion on a web site that doesn’t work, etc. etc. etc.) but thank goodness .... today I heard Issa’s committee is on it.”
“What a relief!!”

What happened to the last 99 Issa investigations?
He’s got everything but videotape of Soetoro eating a child’s liver, yet magically every ‘scandal’ aka felony drifts away into nowhere.
He's as big of a joke as Boehner.

Let’s see, Fast & Furious, Bengahzi, the IRS, now Obamacare; all of Issa’s “investigations” turn into the political equivalent of outer space black holes. “Dead-End Darrell” strikes again...
Shame on me! I used to be gullible enough to think Issa was actually going to accomplish something with all the subpoenas and demands for info, hearings, facetime on TV, etc.
After several years of it, without ANY visible, measurable progress toward revealing the truth about anything, prosecuting anyone for anything, or any other sign of his actually accomplishing something, I’ve decided that the Issa Committee is where governmental problems and scandals go to die.....kind of like the never discovered “elephant graveyard”!
