Great interview - but the part about the pre-existing conditions requirement being universally praised isn't quite right. A lot of people have known for a long time that the pre-existing conditions requirement alone is enough to destroy the entire private insurance industry.

oh brother when this was first happening....back when ARRA was passed, it was absolutely ridiculous to see how many Feds and contractors were kissing up to this hack. They all bought his book and acted as if every word from his mouth was like a word from Jesus Christ. I notice he has been no where during the development and implementation of all this? must have made his money off it early.
