4486 Americans died to give these people a chance.
It only took one to throw it all away.

Not sure what you mean, Vet. If you're talking about the "community organizer", we were already scheduled to pull out of Iraq before he soiled the Oval Office.

The Iraqis just don't know how to deal with their new found freedom. Just doesn't work for their culture. They WILL revert to totalitarianism (probably Islamist). Aftganiscrap is even worse since they consist of countless local barbaric tribes that will never get together.

Don't get me wrong. I now believe we have lost so many good young men and some women in Iraq and not sure we should have deposed Saddam, other than bomb his WMD's.

Aftganiscrap with the Taliban that was supported by al-Qaeda was righteous, but they will never be able to govern themselves peacefully. It's against their religion that dictates their culture.

The middle east will always be so until some western nation decides to kill them all in whatever given country that attacks us again. And no, I don't care about collateral damage. Better their children than ours. Think Dresdan, Hamburg, Hiroshima, etc. It stopped those pri*cks, but killed a lot of civilians. Again, better them than us.

Sorry to sound so harsh, but I want my grand-children to grow up in a worry free world, even if our own socialists are screwing things up. Why we and Israel are allowing the crazy mullahs to develop nuclear weapons is beyond reason, not to mention North Korea.
