It time for us FReepers to request that Senators Cruz (TEXAS) and Lee (Utah), and Rep. Barton (TEXAS) file an INJUNCTION with Justice Scalia of the SCOTUS for a one year and one month delay of further implementation of the failed Mandatory Insurance Tax Federal Law commonly called Obama’care !’
BTW, Rep. Barton in a House hearing, yesterday, stated that HIPPA Federal Law is violated by the no privacy policy of The Mandatory Insurance Tax Federal Law commonly called Obama’care.’
If we are to continue to be a “Nation of Laws,” then this Legal conflict requires resolution by the SCOTUS.
I swear to God. These idiots have no strategic notions. Table this crap after the election, keep the pressure on 0-care.

FR members, Both political parties are ready to ram through the Open borders/amnesty immigration bill. No matter who your congressman is, Republican or Democrat, don’t think he or she is against it and even if they are Democrat & for it, don’t neglect to put pressure on him by calling & writing to say you know this is a bad bill that will further ruin America.
Unrestricted immigration and amnesty for illegals here will add to the taker, free eats masses and far outnumber we few who work & produce. How many useless mouth fools do you want to carry on your back?

Issa has outed himself as a traitor and a snake. He joins Boehner, McConnell and McCain as confirmed Democrat Operatives.
Anyone finally figure out how killed our ambassador or IRS scandles or all the other still unknown issues? They just follow him along on any issue and he is unwilling to negation on illegals as he was with Obamacare.

Rubio has been on Fox News programs. He’s miffed at the Marxist’s arrogance and treatment of the Republicans that caused the shutdown and his refusal to negotiate on delaying the individual mandate, so he said that he is not in the mood to entertain Obama’s immigration reform. He went onto say that he thought the House should frist have its say on immigration reform, before the senate acts -— noting that the gang of 8 in the senate was too cooperative with Obama, when in fact, Obama was not at all cooperative with Republicans when it came to Obamacare.
