Everyone’s evolving nowadays it seems. How trendy. The chickens clearly come after the eggs.
The anus does not equal the vulva — period.
I wasn’t aware that the Tea Party had a position on homosexual marriage.
Can’t be tolerant as long as gays target religious freedom critics.
Pandering at its worth. Political suicide, in my view, but maybe Ridge isn’t interested in holding political office. Maybe he’s looking for another cabinet appointment, or an amb ass adorship.
Curious.
“The anti-Tea Party approach”.
I have never - and I mean, NEVER - heard one word about homosexuals, what they want, what they do, and whether or not it is any of my business - at a Tea Party event.
TEA = Taxed Enough Already. That’s all it is.
Poor Ridge has no clue. “You know something is happening here but you don’t know what it is, do you, Mr. Ridge?”
...You may not agree with me on some of these social issues, but I want you to respect them and dont make them the centerpiece of your political agenda. They shouldnt be there, in my judgment.
The fact that I ignore them and let them do whatever they want in privacy seems pretty practical.
He always looked just like Herbert Hoover, now he sounds like him too.
Isn't that a Republican euphemism for fold-like-cheap-lawn-chairs to any and all demands, especially Democrat ones?
If this fool thinks America can be successful by concentrating on fiscal issues alone, while we self-destruct morally, he has an unpleasant surprise coming.
If they want,GOPers can join up with perverts and celebrate their tolerance for doing so, but they’ll do it without me.
In addition, “Doctor” Gosnell did much of his damage on RinoRidge’s watch as PA Gov.
This has absolutely nothing to do with tolerance. That Ridge thinks that it does proves that he has swallowed an entire vat of Leftist poison.
I don t know about you, but I am impatient with those Republicans who after the last election rushed into print saying, We must broaden the base of our partywhen what they meant was to fuzz up and blur even more the differences between ourselves and our opponents.
It was a feeling that there was not a sufficient difference now between the parties that kept a majority of the voters away from the polls. When have we ever advocated a closed-door policy? Who has ever been barred from participating?
Our people look for a cause to believe in. Is it a third party we need, or is it a new and revitalized second party, raising a banner of no pale pastels, but bold colors which make it unmistakably clear where we stand on all of the issues troubling the people?

Tom Ridge is the Republican governor who made it possible for abortionist Kermit Gosnell to get away with murdering full-term babies for so many years—all in the name of “tolerance.” He is beyond despicable.
Creative way to trash the TEA Party and it will be effective. I look for more Reps and Dems to tie not only the gay marriage issue to the TEA Party, but the abortion issue to the TEA Party.
If tolerance is your greatest virtue Tom, then you have no others.
Oh yeah...the GOP “Big Tent” that is open to all EXCEPT the Tea Party folks. You know, real conservatives.
Tom Ridge looks like a poofer anyway.
Code red alert! Code red alert! This guy Ridge is a liberal buffoon, and always has been. Bob
Aren’t people who approach politics as pro-homo doing exactly what Ridge is ranting about with social issues?
