How many Obama scandals has Issa gotten to the bottom of? It’s a rhetorical question of course, the answer is zero.

Until I read this article, I guessed it the reason for Issa's lack of results (in the face of heaps of ripe fruit) was incompetence or spinelessness. It seems it is something far worse.
