We have a year reprieve as well, but I am dreading that letter to come any day.
This is illegal activity by the federal government becasue Obamacare is unconstitutional. You don’t need SCOTUS to tell you every time something is unconstitutional. The “reprieve” needs to be turned into complete nullification by the states.
Great! My health preminums went up 2 times “in anticipation” of obamacare. Can’t wait to see what this year holds.....
Had our benefits meeting today,one young kid wasn’t happy when he learned of the fine he will have to pay,nobody else was happy,we can’t keep our plan.
I got the same letter a while ago. So they want me to renew on 12/30/13 so I can have the old policy for another year. Question is will I have to pay the tax penalty for not having an approved policy?
Let me guess, a low information voter and a disciple of Da Wone. I don't revel in loosing your plan but to many who voted for this crap, I have no sympathy for their angst.

My letter from United just told me that my doctor is leaving the plan. Nobody else hereabouts accepts United either so I am finally ditching that attachment with AARP. I have never been terribly comfortable with that.
