Yes he was screwed out of $300.00, he wanted to apply that to a less expensive car. Any legit dealer would have done so. If fact any legit dealer would have just given him back his down payment maybe minus a small fee. If you read the comments at the source there seems to be a long history of this dealer screwing customers.
