I'm not sure what you're questioning so I'll address both of the points I made.1) Why are such a large percentage of male nurses homosexual? Well,when you look at it it's easy to see that "nursing" is a feminine activity.In addition to the science that's involved there's "caring","reassuring","hand holding",focusing on a patients feelings,etc.Of course "real" men can do all those things but among males you've gotta admit that homosexuals do those things in a more feminine fashion.2) Why do male nurses tend to work in ER's? Partially because ER nursing requires more physical strength than do most other areas of nursing.That involves not just lifting but also dealing with agitated,sometimes assaultive patients.
