Not in the slightest. I live [if you want to call it that] in a racially mixed neighborhood in west Houston. Some of the same demographics were having a late night party about six houses down the street from my home. I suddenly heard a running gun battle that sounded like a war in the Middle East. I peeked out the window and saw people running down the street past my house like their lives depended on it. I called 911 and later talked to the police investigators. They up picked up 88 spent gun cartridges in the street alone. I found more brass [four different calibres] the next day and suppose many more also landed in the grass unseen. The police had 20 people sitting on the ground in front of that house during questioning. Strangely, no arrests were made because no one was known to be hit. WTF???? The police said the party “got out of control”. So that’s what you call it!
