You can’t convince someone by provoking them to anger.
Like the old adage, “Win the argument, lose a friend”, made me think of that.
I’ve listened to Jay Sekulow’s show, American Center for Law and Justice, I think maybe they had ads on his show.
Lots of people now jump on these Christians for being mean for telling atheists they’re wrong.
This ignores the fact that atheists are wrong.

You best read the passage again. In His own way, He confronted her with her sin; Jesus was not shy about confronting people of their sin - telling them that they were wrong.
In many occasions Jesus told people that they were wrong; what does that say about people that do not follow Jesus?
