7 days to go is a lifetime in any negotiations. Barry will play this for all its worth.
Then Boehner should define "progress" as demanding that Reid pass a Senate budget so that they can abandon the CR's and return to regular order.
That should be the House's final line in the sand.
Put it on Reid's shoulders. Senate budget and regular order or nothing.
