Or any half ton pickup with a 4 wheel drive and towing hooks to attach a tow line to the bucket and pull it away.
Heck my Honda Ridgeline could do that in low gear.

You and I could zig-zag slide it off the road, easily. The orange paint acts like a lubricant against macadam. Elderly Vets might have a problem, though.
