Shots were fired. Female hit. There was a child inside the car. Child removed from scene. Police did not know there was a child inside the car.

Well, now we go from shutdown to lockdown ... You just knew this was coming - somebody was bound to crack. I am surprised it did not happen much sooner. I have the sense that this is only the beginning. Unfortunately, the only thing that will come from this is more calls for gun control and eventual confiscation. Like the little twerp, Mr. “Dead fish,” said - Never let a good crisis go to waste.” I am sure they will play this “crisis” for every last dime they can ring out of it.
When your rhetoric includes “jihad”, “terrorists” and “extreme factions with bombs attached”, you create this kind of environment, Senators.
