You bet your OBAMA they will. Unpaid Obamacare premiums will be added to your tax burden. Failure to pay your IRS taxes will lead to forfeitures, seizures, garnishment of wages, even imprisonment if things get too FUBO.

The IRS is allowed to withhold a tax refund, if any.

Also, as a knowledgeable poster pointed out yesterday, if the penalty money is comingled with other monies owed, the IRS may be able to come after the combined amount through liens, garnishments, seizures, etc.

Sorry. Not an option. Thanks to SCOTUS, Obamacare is a "tax." As such it is constitutionally protected. Written into the thousands of pages of regs, Obamacare has the power to simply go into your bank account and take it. As repeatedly demonstrated under the current administration, the IRS can do whatever it wants. "Don't like that? See you in court. In 10 years or so."

Remember, Social Security is not the same as was promised. Neither is Medicare. And remember the Catastrophic Health Care act of a few years back?

I don’t know anything about this ‘law’ except that it is bad. I am not going to go online (or in person) sign up for anything whilst providing every piece of information this administration or the officials that run this program says they need.

I’m going to ‘divest’ myself and transfer the wealth to other people and I will become a pauper with nothing to take. Hopefully, I’ll qualify for Medicaid, SNAP, EITC, and maybe Section 8. I’m looking forward to my ObamaPhone, too.

I would not be surprised if this the Zero King expected this to happen and may have even planned it. This way, they can go back to Congress and request more money to spend: "It's for the children!!!!"

I was pondering something similar. Donate my house to the religious organization I am affiliated with. They will be happy to let me live in it for the rest of my life.

The law specifically forbids that except to take it from your refund only if you are due one. If you are not due one then they are out of luck

Just dont pay hat $70 per year and there is nothing they can do.

I guess Rush doesnt want you to know this. He must want us to sign up as do the others trying to scare us.
