A federal proposal to impose strict new rules on emissions from new coal-fired plants has drawn the ire of critics who are determined to stop regulatory effort from affecting coal-producing states such as Colorado.
Last Friday, the Environmental Protection Agency proposed a new rule for new coal plants: large plants can emit no more than 1,000 pounds of carbon dioxide per megawatt hour while smaller plants can emit the slightly higher figure of 1,100 pounds.
war on coal... Shovel-ready jobs apparently dont apply to those who work in coal, Rep. Cory Gardner (R-Yuma) quipped, referring to President Obamas description of the jobs that the 2009 economic stimulus bill would produce.

Obama’s anti carbon, anti capitalist crusade is hollowing out the American economy, destroying the middle class and lowering the standard of living. Obama will be remembered for economic decline.

I knew that a second term for the Kenyan was going to be a disaster for the American people but it’s turning out to be even worse than I thought it was going to be.
Just like Obamnacare where the peasants will be waiting in line for a 10 minute visit with a physicians assistant and be denied all but the most basic treatment while the nobility gets a red carpet welcome at the Mayo clinic.
OBAMA’S greenhouse rules. And there is the problem. Where does he get the authority to impose his own “rules”? I guess it comes from the NSA.
Standing in line in serious pain then being sent home with aspirin. There may be some “unwelcome activity” when that person comes back with more than aspirin. This could turn out even worse than expected. It appears they’re moving forward BEFORE they took everyone’s guns away.
