The Pubbies will cry, “but we don’t have the votes!”.

The d’s don’t control the House, which is essential to all that happens.

You don’t see them saying they don’t have the votes.

Why is not Boehner doing a Reid saying, “anything that funds obamacare is DOA?”

Why not?

Because they don’t have the guts. They are not unified.

This is of course what Cruz is saying, rightly.

News Flash: With out the senate we can do nothing. Therefor it is mute for Boehner to say "anything that funds 0bamacre is DOA."

Maybe instead of sitting on your behind in the 2012 election you should have been voting for the Republican senator in your state. Not voting or voting for a third party candidate, who has zero chances to win doesn't help. You need to stop whining and do everything you can so we can take the senate back

BTW You are doing exactly what you accuse the Republicans of doing. This is called Projection

As Cruz said on Limbaugh...the GOP govern by fear, fear that they will lose their congressional power in 2014 elections if they are blamed for shutting down the government.

they underestimate conservative Americans and think we are incapable of critical independent thinking.

Republicans will lose because they have alienated the true patriots left in this country who will rally behind a candidate who remembers and preaches the values that founded this country...

acting on fear always leads to defeat...and defeated they will be especially if they manage to avoid a government shutdown by abandoning conservatives to the death panels of Obamacare.

Great question. Why aren’t the democrats screaming “We do have the votes in the house!”

“Why is not Boehner doing a Reid saying, “anything that funds obamacare is DOA?”

Because Boehner and about 3/4 of his caucus accept the principles behind Obamacare.

They object to some details, but repeal or defunding is not on their agenda. If they had the power (291 Members + 67 Senators) there’s not a chance they would repeal it.

If Obamacare is to go, the pro-repeal Members (those who would vote for it if it could actually pass and then override) need to split from the GOP. The only chance we have is to fight the election of 2014 on repeal, and the GOP can’t lead that fight because they don’t want to.
