It is about Awakening a Sleeping Giant.

Washington tried to rush into a war that we the people didn't want and found the boot of the people on their necks. They can't afford to have that happen too often or the people will recognize that we are the bosses of our government.

Once the people have seized control of government there's no telling where we will stop. We might defund the EPA, close the dept of education as a federal agency and actually cut spending back to constitutionally mandated levels.
