Just jackasses.
They are a blight on the community.
No. They are a boil on the community and need to be lanced.
They really do not consider the pain they cause others.
Oh sure, the things will be fixed but, the knowledge that there are people out there who desire to cause others pain is pretty searing.

Only a Reagan-hating product of the CA public school system would attempt to set fire to a bronze statue. Sounds like the vandals helped lower the cost of some touch ups. Now they should have to wipe it down and re-finish it. Thanks.
