This crowd will never leave. If anyone even close to a patriot gets elected Holder and a lot of others would end up in prison. They’re not going to allow that to happen.

Lighten up Eric. Once Barry is outta there, you’re probably going to prison anyway.

At this point in time, Holder is talking about a political war with the states concerning voter photo ID rights that he probably cannot win.

Normally, citizens would work with their federal and state government representatives to comply with the Constitution’s Article V, the amendment process, to propose a new rights amendment to the Constitution, in this case a voting rights amendment. Such an amendment would protect citizens from having to present a valid photo ID before being allowed to vote.

More specifically concerning Article V, Holder needs to encourage Congress to propose an appropriate voting rights amendment to the states for ratification. And if Congress agrees and the Article V state majority chooses to ratify such a proposed amendment inspired by Holder, then voters wouldn’t have to present photo ID to vote and Holder would be a hero. Such an amendment would add to the four voting rights amendments which the states have previously ratified to the Constitution.

The problem is that since the Obama Administration is already fighting RINOs in Congress, and also many states concerning Obamacare, immigration, labor and environmental issues, etc., there’s probably no way that the states will ratify a photo ID rights amendment. After all, there are consequences when the Executive Branch repeatedly burns bridges with Congress and the states by blatantly ignoring the federal government’s constitutionally limited powers.

Finally, as a side note about new constitutional amendments, please consider the following about Obamacare. Corrupt Congress wrongly ignored its Article V requirement to first petition the states for an amendment to the Constitution which would have granted Congress the specific power to address healthcare issues. So Congress not only drafted the Obamacare bill without having the consent of the Article V majority states to do so, but Obama then irresponsibly signed the bill into law. What a mess! :^(
