A Texas Court of Appeals in Austin has overturned the conviction of former U.S. House Majority Leader Tom DeLay, attorney Brian Wice told KVUE sister station KHOU 11 News.

This was a perfect example of a communist liberal Democrat prosecutor and how corrupt a court system can be. Americas problem is so huge I doubt it will ever be back to a Constitutional freedom land again.

It doesnt matter to the RATs, they got what they wanted. Trump up some charges and eliminate a political opponent. If years down the road the conviction gets over turned, their vicitm is no longer a threat.

I understand the dumbocrats and their skullduggery...what drives me crazy is the RINOs who stood by and let this happen to DeLay.
As far as I’m concerned, that fact in and of itself is prim a-facea evidence that the GOPe is controlled and run by dumbocrats.
