But I have to say (post) publicly...how odd I find that photo. Civilians are helping the downed man; EMTs are no doubt racing to the scene, but some how that guy in the suit has yellow police tape? Just odd. Very odd.
It’s bogus. METRO station nearby, as commented on that very feed. You can see the signs pointing to Museum and other barracks. This man may be having a heart attack from fear of the area, FAWK.
