During a meeting [two weeks ago], Air Force investigators read Liberty Institutes client SMSgt Phillip Monk his Miranda rights, alleging that SMSgt Monks religious discrimination complaint was false. Monk, a devout Christian, believes the claims are a retaliatory act by his former commander, who relieved Monk of his duties and reassigned him after Monk could not agree with his commanders position regarding same-sex marriage. In the military, making a false official statement is punishable by court-martial.
I was stunned and immediately felt that this was a retaliation against me for coming forward with my religious discrimination complaint, said Monk. The military prohibits retaliatory action against service members, when a complaint is filed against a commanding officer. The Air Force will decide as to whether or not to charge Monk with filing a false official statement.

Change the “O” to an “A” and you’ve nailed it.
The O on that image needs to be chnged to an A.
We are living in the center of the Marxist revolution Obama was dreaming of in the 80s. We are not provoking them. But they do not intend to leave us alone. Yet, we do not intend to submit.
The collision is a certainty, unless one side gives.
You WILL enthusiastically and voluntarily support gay marriage and gay anything. We will NOT tolerate you merely tolerating it.
Hopefully the conservative lawyer group in Virginia will be this TopKick’s defense team. He is being railroaded, imho.
Monk, a devout Christian, believes the claims are a retaliatory act by his former commander, who relieved Monk of his duties and reassigned him after Monk could not agree with his commanders position regarding same-sex marriage.
“Monk, a 19-year veteran of the U.S. Air Force, was relieved of his duties when he responded to a question from his commanding officer Major Elisa Valenzuela, an open lesbian.”
1. No “open lesbian” should be in uniform, much less an officer. We need to roll “women in the military” right back to November 1941.
2. The article elsewhere said that Monk refused to answer the question.
3. Silencio consentum est. Anybody else see the parallel? Or am I the one who is late to the party?
“As I recall, Obama repeatedly used the phrase “When the revolution comes....” In my mind, I remember thinking that Obama was blindly sticking to the simple Marxist theory that had characterized my own views while I was an undergraduate at Occidental College. “There’s going to be a revolution,” Obama said, “we need to be organized and grow the movement.” In Obama’s view, our role must be to educate others so that we might usher in more quickly this inevitable revolution”
He’s a Monk claiming to be a Christian?
Well if there is somebody that would know about false official statements it would be an open lesbian major, who up until a few years ago was lying about her status on a daily basis. Like to see her background investigation paperwork to see if she listed a spouse-like relationship.
I am glad I retired from the USAF, before all the PC BS. I have told my son not to go into the military at all, or at least not under the slime balls running the show now.
We are close to defeat.
I weep for the nation...
