Hell yes. Every body out there in Freeper land keeps saying that California should slide into the ocean; how about every thing from from north of NY City to southern Maryland, especially DC ? They have had earth quakes out there you know.
As far as California goes a few surgical nuclear strikes would be more than sufficient; LA, San Fran, Sacramento and a few others would go a long way to solving our problems.
