ZIMMERMAN VERDICT PART 19: LESSONS

In this society, the person who moves toward danger in any respect is seen as “having gone looking for trouble,” and widely blamed accordingly if it does not end well. I’ve explained earlier why I don’t think anything Zimmerman did within the totality of the circumstances was the proximate cause of the death, but there’s a reason for the saying “It’s not about fault, it’s about blame.”

When you’re on trial, you aren’t the player, you’re the stakes. The players are your lawyers, and you want the best. Zimmerman had that, and it saved him. The evidence dealt them a powerful hand of cards. I think their two highest cards were Ace of Experts Dr. Vincent DiMaio, Jr. and Ace of Eyewitnesses John Good. The master forensic pathologist tied it all together and proved from the hard evidence what Good, the closest eyewitness, testified: it was Martin on top brutally beating Zimmerman until the shot. I did a murder case with Dr. DiMaio in Texas years ago, also resulting in an acquittal, and DiMaio was extraordinary there, too.

If anyone still has the fantasy that you’ll always be treated as a hero after a clean shoot, this case teaches us the reality. It’s often an ordeal of lies, misunderstandings, and false accusations…and, as seen here, your family will go through that ordeal with you.

This was a simple case .
A security guard in a posted private security area. Discontiunued his legal surveilance of a subject at the suggestion of a police dispatcher. The guard was returing to his vehlcle when he was surprized and knocked down by the subject he was observing to the ground with his back laying on the cement walk. The guard was observed having his head being smashed on the concrete walk by the attacker. In the ensuing struggle the subject now his attacker was killed during the struggle by the guards pistol.

The regime decided to politicize the episode for political purposes.That began with the President of the United States implying the subject was a “victim” and was subsequently suborned with false and inflamatory racist hyperbole created by the regime supporters and media infastructure to reinforce the President’s assertion, who did nothing to disuade or disclaim his assertion during the trial or its aftermath and the resulatant murders.

The subsequent result has been continual racial strife ending with murders of happless white and hispanic victims by young male blacks who when apprehended claimed retaliation for the killing of the subject, Trayvon Martin . Some victims were stalked. Because stalking was an integral key assertion within the racist assertions by the regime.

The fact that this occured in a private posted security area which is central to the occurance was not brought up because it was not a portion of the case.
