I think its a civil war we need to stay out of.
In medieval western Christian culture the headsman was a professional. He was generally very strong and very good at what he did. This was so that the process would be painless for the victim. It was common for the victim to tip the headsman in the hopes that the job would be carried out with one blow.
I mention this because the sword shown looks more like something from a souvenir shop and the arm swinging it has no noticeable brawn. I hope this didn’t take several whacks.
Other beheadings have been carried out with saws and regular knives and have taken several seconds to a full minute with the victim screaming until he couldn’t anymore.
These people are animals.

Is it me, or should there not be some blood spraying all over the place on the ground. I don’t see a drop. Last I knew, a neck chop like that should have blood everywhere.

The photo was taken before the head chop. The victim is wearing a head dress which has fallen forward or has been moved off of his neck. The headsman is taking his aiming dip. He then raises the sword (and it should be done two-handed) and then slams it down as hard as he can. Unless he’s Islamic, and then you can take thirty whacks or so. The victim’s not going anywhere.

Reminds me of the beheading of Serbian Christians by the Bosnian Muslims during that Civil War. Hmmmm seems like the US was on the Jihadist side there too.
If Obama can get the US weapons to them faster the beheadings might end. They can shoot their prisoners in the back of the head instead.
