McDonough Can’t Name One Ally
national review ^

September 8, 2013 9:09 AM White House Admits It's a Coalition of One By Patrick Brennan

When asked this morning if the U.S. has any pledges of military support for strikes in Syria, White House chief of staff Denis McDonough emphasized that the G20 and other nations have made supportive condemnations of the Syrian government’s actions, but repeatedly pressed by CNN’s Candy Crowley, provided no examples of countries that have endorsed or will provide personnel or equipment for a military intervention.

He wouldn’t explicitly admit that the U.S. actually has no allies willing to provide support, saying, “you’re trying to get me to say that, but I’m not going to say it.” There is specific support from the EU and others, he said, for “holding Syria accountable.”

McDonough argued it was encouraging that a number of other countries — and even a former president of Iran — have come around and agreed that the U.S. has made a convincing case that the Syrian regime used chemical weapons in August.

Don’t worry once Obama gives his speech on Tuesday, Candy will turn all the facts around to support Obama.

al Qaeda, the (Obama-released) COLE terrorists,
Hasan, the Moslem Brotherhood, and terrorists who
hate America EVERYWHERE, are Obama’s allies.

That is why they cannot be explicitly NAMED.

There’s dozens of allies.

Starting with Zalwahiri and his brother. And Morsi.

Dems Say President Has Widespread Foreign Backing for Syria Strike
Semi-News/Semi-Satire ^ | 6 Sep 2013 | John Semmens

Posted on Saturday, September 07, 2013 10:01:49 AM by John Semmens

Representative Debbie Wasserman-Schultz ,(D-Fla), chairman of the Democratic National Committee, told CNN host Wolf Blitzer that there are “dozens of countries” that will stand with Obama and his proposed “shot across the bow” warning to the Assad Regime.

Pressed to name a few of these hidden allies, Wasserman-Schultz attempted to beg off saying “I’m not that good at geography, but I think the list includes Framistan, Lygeria, and France. I hope I don’t have to remind everyone of the pivotal role France played as America’s first ally during our war for independence back in the 1770s.”

While France is a real country, the amount of assistance it will be able to render is questionable. At present, they have no sea-launched missile capability and won’t for at least a year. The Congresswoman did point out, though, that “France’s President Francois Hollande has graciously offered us full access to his country’s advanced capability in gourmet cuisine. The tasty sauces and delicious pastries they can supply would help boost the morale of US Forces that will bear the brunt of the actual fighting.”

US Secretary of State John Kerry asserted that “we have, in-hand, pledges of financial support from Saudi Arabia and Qatar. All we have to do is supply the troops and weapons. In fact, an under appreciated element of this pledge of support is the salutary effect it will have on our budget deficit. We have plenty of firepower. What we’re short of is money. Be hiring out some of this firepower we can close the gap between revenue and outlay.”

He can’t name one ally because he doesn’t want to lapse into Semitic demonology.

They all condemn Syria. So easy for them. The US can be the police action. When the crap hits the fan, we get all the blame. Those same people would as easily vote for condemnation of the US.

What a world.

Some people apparently have no idea what is going on in Hussein Obama’s mind.

Egypt: Hussein supported the Muslim Brotherhood. These Muslim terrorists are sworn to destroy Israel.

Libya: Hussein Obama supported “rebels” in overthrowing a government. Who are the rebels? Muslim Brotherhood and Al Qaeda. Hussein gave them weapons and support. These are the people who killed four Americans in Benghazi.

Iraq: Hussein Obama withdrew American troops and terrorist attacks are through the roof.

Syria: Hussein Obama once again wants to give arms and money and support to Muslim terrorists.

Do they see a pattern here? OR are they waiting for the NY Times to tell them that Hussein Obama is not working for us, he is working for them.

What a bunch of BS!

Debbie Wasaman Shultz said we have dozens of allies. Surely no one is implying that Debbie is a liar.

“All we have to do is supply the troops and weapons.”

It’s obvious JFK sees our human treasure as chess pawns to be moved around on the Arab chess board. What pathetic ‘leaders’ we have.

Many of the rat leaders in America and their voters see war as another method of late term abortions. They know that few of our military members are democrats.

I am sure at some point that Kerry will travel to Paris to meet with al Qaeda officials in order to coordinate their propaganda efforts with our political ones. You will soon hear al Qaeda taunting the US at just the right time warning us not to interfere in order to sway Congressional opinion in favor of a strike.
