I’m going to paraphrase a little here:
“Liberal morality: the view that a Christian found brutally shot to death in Syria along with his entire family is somehow morally superior to a Christian describing to CNN how he seized an AK-47 and killed his Muslim attackers and saved his family members’ lives.”
Julia Ioffe who wrote the article is a Russian Jew born in Moscow. No love here for America nor Christians.
She and her ilk think we ought to have been better conditioned by the media, scholarly enlightenment, the “handwriting on the wall”, and influential political leaders by now. If not, we’ll have simply self-identified our unworthiness as mindless, bitter clingers, forever deserving the ultimate solution of “unprotected status.”
