He even tried to ban smoking in public places, to improve the health of his country - to no avail, so then he slaughtered them. Poor Bashir, he never wanted the job and now he is a mass murderer trying to prevent him and his clan from being murdered as well. Oh well, just another day in the Arab/Muslim world...ho hum.
