NEW YORK (AP) — A 1-year-old boy in a stroller was fatally shot in the face as his parents pushed him across a city street, and police continued looking for the gunman Monday.

Antiq Hennis and his parents were walking across a street in the Brownsville section of Brooklyn at about 7:20 p.m. Sunday when shots were fired and the boy was hit, police said. Investigators have yet to determine who was the intended target, and no arrests have been made, police said Monday.

I agree the 'War on Drugs ' is a liberty eroding failure but ending it won't solve the underlying problems. Very few of these inner city gangs are anywhere close to what you call organized or are dependent on income to remain viable like there were the ghetto version of the Corleones. They are just a loose association of young men that grew up together and commit crimes together. If drugs are made legal these cretins wont' suddenly become upstanding citizens. They find other illicit ways to make money and may become even more dangerous. Plus you'll still have to contend with all the degenerate drug abusers who'll be degenerates on or off drugs.

Earlier today, my sons and I saw what appeared to be military chopper circling our neighborhood. My younger son, aged 18, seriously asked if Obama might be getting ready to drop bombs on us.

I told him that so far, O's only been using drones to kill Americans.

But Americans are genuinely wondering about this man. The racial mobs are seen to be a prelude to military action.
