I think he is trying to intimidate Congress by releasing this.

Obama is basically saying, "Either approve what I'm going to do, or face a constitutional crisis, when I do it anyway."

But I doubt Obama will really do it anyway, if Congress denys approval.

Obama wants to trade American blood for Muslim Terrorist to have access to the Leviathan Natural Gas Field. It's already been verified by several sources that Saudi Prince Bandar provided chemical weapons for an Al-Qaeda linked terrorist group which they blame for the August 21 chemical attack in the region.
Why?
Because the Muslims dont want Christians in their area, and they certainly don;t want them to have the oil and gas, and the wealth that comes from that.

It's about RUSSIA's concerns, Saudi Arabia's concerns, Iran's concerns, Iraq's concerns, and Jordan's concerns.

Agree and disagree. You are correct about the NWO and UN.
However, they will use oil to that end. Yes, we do have our own oil, but Russia, Saudi, Syria and Europe all want part of what comes out of that Leviathan Field, especially Russia. Enough so that they’re willing to fight and die over it all.
Skittles is being used by those that bought him to try to ensure that they get the biggest cut of the Leviathan pie. It’s all about following the money trail and there are some really greedy and nasty turds on the end of this stick.

We need to rethink who our representatives should be. I'm for considering instead of the current 435 paid (and corrupt), a change to representation from each county/parish in the land. Let each be compensated by the locals and judged accordingly.

This would give us approximately 3,000 CITIZEN Representatives, instead of the 435 lobbied and self-centered politicians who only look out for themselves and the moneyed elite.
