There is a 1.9 GW coal plant buried in the “Other Imports” line. That is a serious business power plant.
I am still considering getting one. Driving the same old car until I can make up my mind. Some of the perks including free fuel at malls, good parking spaces, and use of carpool lane when driving alone. Not sure if it is cheaper than gas, should be, and definitely will be when you factor in “stealing” electricity from friends, neighbors, shopping malls etc.
Gotta ask ourselves what has Elon Musk figured out that the entire auto industry hasn’t? He’s building an empire to include the cars, the filling stations and the spare parts.
How to milk the enviro-whacko movement?
Elon Musk was able to make a car thats better than a gasoline cars. This is something previous attempt by the big car companies fail to do. Previously the only ppl who buy elec cars are enviro-whackos. With Tesla, those who buy Model S are those who want the best car
Elon Musk was able to revolutionize car industry the same way Steve Job was able to do with mobile phones. Anyone remember what mobiles phones were like before iphone? They used to suck
those who mock Tesla Motors now will look foolish in a few years imho. Tesla Motors do make great cars.
