I dunno about that; he seems competent enough to run in the right circles to put himself in places where we can all see that he has absolutely NO character or gravitas. He has to lie and hide his past in order to "rise up" past the ilk he aligns himself with. As he used to be called here, he's just a gigolo 'cause he can't do anything else right.
