A Department of Defense teaching guide meant to fight extremism advises students that rather than “dressing in sheets” modern-day radicals “will talk of individual liberties, states’ rights, and how to make the world a better place,” and describes 18th-century American patriots seeking freedom from the British as belonging to “extremist ideologies.”
The guide comes from documents obtained by Judicial Watch and is authored by the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute, a DoD-funded diversity training center.
Under a section titled “extremist ideologies,” the document states, “In U.S. history, there are many examples of extremist ideologies and movements. The colonists who sought to free themselves from British rule and the Confederate states who sought to secede from the Northern states are just two examples.”

George Washington was a bigoted, radical extremist because he knew that sodomy was not conducive to good order and discipline in the US Armed Forces and he swiftly kicked them out. The rest of the Founding Fathers was also bigoted because they thought that sodomy was a degenerate and immoral practice. This Department would have nothing to Defend if it weren’t for those ‘extremists’.
As a true blue Son of The South I feel complemented to be compared to the Founding Fathers.
They are busily trying to brainwash the military at-large with the same sort of tripe. I believe it’s a push for when they decide to physically cow the People and want to be sure that if the military isn’t 100% behind them, that it’s divided enough to balance out the sides it chooses. There is no other “logical” reason for what they are doing to confuse and divide the military folks.
Those of us who maintain that a person is either male or female, and that this is not subject to choice or change, are already branded as extreme. Worse, it is *we*, and not the deviants, who are labeled ‘sick’ and ‘perverted.’
I fear that the fundamental principle of a free, self-governing society, the recognition of divergent viewpoints and the respect of one another’s rights in spite of those differences, has vanished over the last 20 years, and an increasing number of supposedly intelligent and educated people regard anyone who disagrees with them as enemies to be suppressed.
What Mongolian troops are you referring to? Ethnic Buryats and Kalmyks?
