Defund? Or Delay? That is the Obamacare question

That’s not a plan. If the government wants to fix healthcare, they need to stop talking about “buying insurance (a product)”.

They need to give loans to people who can’t afford to buy their own healthcare, when they need it. then the individual is responsible for paying back their loan on the healthcare they purchased.

The tax payer would only get the bill for the portion of the loans that defaulted (that were based not on insurance premiums...but on the actual procedures and healthcare that was purchased and necessary).

Screw buying insurance for everyone.

If Obamacare is not funded where is the money coming from to set up the federal exchanges, hire IRS agents and train navigators. Obama is taking money from Medicare as we write this. If Obama can flout the law it is no big thing misappropriate funds.
