Billionaires bankroll heart-tugging ad campaign to champion amnesty

A pro-border enforcement organization says Silicon Valley billionaires pushing for amnesty are behind a heart-tugging ad campaign.

The television ads are being funded by a group called fwd.us, which has virtually unlimited resources.

"This fwd.us is a creation of Mark Zuckerberg, the founder of Facebook,” says Ira Mehlman of the Federation for American Immigration Reform, or FAIR.

The television ads have been airing on conservative-leaning outlets such as Fox News. One of the ads tells the touching story of an illegal alien brought to the United States as a child, who enrolled in ROTC in high school but can't join the U.S. military because he is in the country illegally.

"There are 7 billion people in the world and lots of people have sympathetic stories,” says Melhman of the ad. "But we can't make policy based on that because it affects the lives of so many other people."

Regarding the powerful figures behind the ad campaign, Melhman alleges they are attempting to appear as a “grassroots organization that has the interest of ordinary Americans in mind.”

I especially hate the radio commercials which ask for prayers for amnesty for illegals.

As if I am going to immediately get down on my knees and ask God to intercede.

These billionaires are liberal/democrat scum like Zoros , Lewis, and other liberal/socialist billionaires. They are not capitalistic robber barrons . they don't do this immigration push for lower wages. they do it for socialism , their goal. Everything a democrat/liberal does is for their cause which is socialism. why does a democrat tv reporter hide stories that would hurt socialism/democrats or show mainly stories that help socialism ( zimmerman etc)? it's to advance his agenda . they are not out to do their job .

I'd suggest that people like Zuckerberg are pushing amnesty for illegals for two reasons.

The first is their cultural hatred for Anglo-America. This is first and foremost part of a push to realize their dream of a multicultural USA.

The other reason is that they are the short-term beneficiaries of cheap immigrant labor.

I have a gut feeling that these persons come out of the ‘educated’ group that read Plato’s Republic and decided that that was their goal and destiny. I read the book too, but I came away with idea that the society being promoted was not what the Founders intended for this Nation or my well being. Of course it just might be a matter of ‘money corrupts’.
