I wonder how this will effect the next cleanup and restoring of power after a hurricane(s) damages their electrical grid and infrastructure?
Ask the residents in the aftermath of Sandy. Remember the out-of-state electrical workers who came to help restore power that were TURNED AWAY in NJ (IIRC) because they were NOT UNIONIZED?
