How many times did he ever call “Bush” President or Mr.President....
My bet would be under 10 times out of 10, 000...
It wasn't just "Bush" that they called him. They referred to him as "Mister Bush" to strip him of the title of the office of Presidency which they proclaimed that he "stole twice".
