This same old wheeze again. The Legal Aid hustlers apparently haven't noticed that the disruptive behavior in schools is disproportionately by "students who are African-American, economically disadvantaged or disabled."

The hustlers *cannot* notice that; to do so would completely invalidate their belief matrix. In their eyes, such people are if anything *less* likely to be behavior problems, or if they are equal, it is through no fault of their own. However, they by far choose to believe that such students are no more disruptive than others, and that the school’s administration has merely singled such students out for punishment. Never mind that if such were really the case, some employee at the school would have dropped a dime on them with the PC police long ago.

Maybe just Maybe it is not the school but the students home life that is the problem. No can't be that. Just let them destroy the good students education and that will fix it.

Just another reason to home school. You know these disruptive students will be back in school on no time flat.

I wish they would also publish the stats on the African-American families, that is, the disproportionately fatherless African-American families. Those stats fit in with the stats of African-American males in prison.
Fits for white and Latino families too. Go figure.

Are you old enough to remember the sit-com called MURPHY BROWN? It was Candice Bergen playing a reporter. The sit-com was about how unnecessary men were as fathers. Women could do it all by themselves.
The Vice-president at the time, Dan Quayle, said that fathers were important. He was EXCORIATED by the lamestream media and the more-than-usual screechy women's groups.

Of course, he was right!

Yup, let’s keep those problem chilluns in school.

Hey, let’s issue them hoodies.

And Obamaphones.

That’ll help their “eddikashun”.

In other news, criminals are punished disproportionately.

Yeah, sure. Everybody knows discipline causes crime, and in fact, guns cause crime, too.

You missed some important parts: the kids have one parent (who doesn't really give a damn), they don't attend church, glorify gang-bangers, never take responsibility for their problems - and the one parent at home votes for democrats to 'get stuff'... Not that we're profiling the average kid who makes horrible grades, flunks out (with cause) and constantly gets in trouble with the law...

And no, this is NOT caused by poverty - lots of poor kids with decent values and parental guidance do just fine... always have - always will... The problem is modern American black culture... that came out of the idiocy of the 60's...

The pipeline is a system of laws, policies, and practices that pushes students out of schools and on a path toward the juvenile and criminal systems

How about this instead:

The thug's disregard for laws, policies, and practices push them out of schools and on a path toward the juvenile and criminal systems

so... it’s the fault of the policies that the kid becomes a thug, eh? the poor kid has no choice in the matter?

Actually, it is the “no consequences” society that is the “pipeline to prison”.

No discipline at home, in the community, or in the schools.

We DO in fact need to eliminate any possibility of anybody PROFITING from sending anybody to prison...

Really? And then for your added benefit Wake County will bus the criminals to your kids school. The place is a nightmare.

Miami-Dade School police chief stopped this and implemented the school-to-grave policy (Treyvon Martin).
